If you forgot your password, click Sign In, then Forgot Your Password. Provide the email address associated with your account and click Reset Password. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. If you do not receive this email, be sure to check your spam or junk folder; if you can't find it there, you can email us at

If you are unsure which email address you registered with, please let us know at Please do not set up a new account with a different email address--the accounts will not automatically merge. 


To view or download your St. Jude CME transcript, log in, then click the MyCME button. Choose Transcript and then enter the desired date range. You can then download your transcript or email it to yourself or someone else. If you have a CME certificate or transcript from another institution, you can append it to your St. Jude transcript by clicking the Upload button and following the instructions. 

Text Attendance and Credit

Some of our CME events allow you to claim credit via text. If an activity has this option enabled, you will be informed at the beginning and the end of the presentation and be given a unique event ID code.

To claim credit:

  • Pair your mobile number to your account.
    • Text the email address associated with your St. Jude CME account to (901) 203-5023.  You will receive a text notification indicating your phone number has been updated. 
  • Once your account is paired to your mobile number, text the event ID code to (901) 203-5023.
  • If you prefer not to text, you can also log into the CME portal, click MyCME, choose Claim Credit, and enter the event ID code.

Please note, credit can only be claimed 15 minutes prior to an activity, during the activity, and for up to 2 hours after the activity ends.
