Login and Accounts

If you forgot your password, click Sign In, then Forgot Your Password. Provide the email address associated with your account and click Reset Password. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. If you do not receive this email, be sure to check your spam or junk folder.

If you are unsure which email address you registered with, please contact us.

Please do not set up a new account with a different email address--the accounts will not automatically merge.

Transcripts

To view or download your St. Jude CME transcript, log in, then click the MyCME button. Choose Transcript and then enter the desired date range. You can then download your transcript or email it to yourself or someone else. If you have a CME certificate or transcript from another institution, you can append it to your St. Jude transcript by clicking the Upload button and following the instructions. 

Text Attendance and Credit

Some of our CME events allow you to claim credit via text. If an activity has this option enabled, you will be informed at the beginning and the end of the presentation and be given a unique event ID code.

To claim credit:

  • Pair your mobile number to your account.
    • Text the email address associated with your St. Jude CME account to (901) 203-5023 to opt-in to the text message attendance program.  You will receive a text notification indicating your phone number has been updated. 
  • Once your account is paired to your mobile number, text the event ID code to (901) 203-5023.
  •  If you prefer not to text, you can also log into the CME portal, click MyCME, choose Claim Credit, and enter the event ID code. (Do not use this option if claiming Pharmacy/ACPE Credit)

Please note, credit can only be claimed 15 minutes prior to an activity, during the activity, and for up to 2 hours after the activity ends. 

MOC Part 2 Points

Starting in February 2019, a select number of St. Jude-sponsored CME activities will also be approved for American Board of Pediatrics MOC Part 2 points. If you are a physician who would like to claim ABP MOC Part 2 points, you must first update your profile (a one-time process):

  • Choose ABP MOC Part 2 in the credit eligibility section
  • Complete the degree, profession, birth month, and birth day fields
  • Complete the Maintenance of Certification section

Then, for each activity approved for MOC, you must complete the posttest and evaluation. All ABP MOC Part 2 points claimed in this way will be reported to the ABP via their partnership with the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education. 

ACPE (Continuing Pharmacy Education) 

To claim continuing pharmacy education (CPE) the following steps are required to be completed:

  • Create an account & Update your profile
    • St. Jude employee use single sign on (hospital credentials)
    • Your profile MUST contain your NABP# and month/day of your date of birth to receive credit
  • Log your attendance
    • Instructions are outlined above
  • Complete a post-test and evaluation (in your CloudCME account)
    • Reminders
      • DO NOT use the 'claim credit' button (this is not configured for ACPE use)
      • For Grand Rounds programs, these steps are not required (text attendance only for CE credit)
  • Contact the CPE staff if CE credit does not appear within 4 weeks of the program
