1. Identify key features of rigorous improvement science and St. Jude resources available
2. Describe results of recent quality improvement projects conducted at St. Jude, including patient flu vaccination and after hours phone triage
3. Discuss approaches to evaluate the level of rigor of QI projects at St. Jude
