Are multitasking and busyness scrambling your priorities and causing stress? Too often, a hectic schedule slowly extinguishes your special spark for accomplishing your purpose. Mid-course corrections can help us manage the demands of work, home and community. When you learn how to achieve balance, you’ll be fully charged for life’s joys and demands and you’ll keep your spark alive. This program offers essential skills to maintain your balance, as well as steps to re-ignite your focus, courage, goals, passion and purpose.

ANCC Learning Outcomes

The purpose of this seminar is to help nurses adopt the concepts shared into their personal and professional development, resulting in enhanced nursing practice and satisfaction at the point of care.


  1. Discover the secrets of reducing busyness and stress, increasing your spark and control in life
  2. Employ ways to live with more purpose and meaning
  3. Adopt concepts into your personal and professional development, resulting in enhanced nursing practice and satisfaction at the point of care.

Registration

Please note: pre-registration will close Monday, September 9, 2019, at 9 p.m. You are welcome to register on-site at your session of choice. 

All health care professionals as well as other individuals who want to gain or regain their balance and their spark in order to re-ignite their drive, passion and purpose are welcome to attend. 

Please register for either the first (8:30 a.m) or second (11:30 a.m.) session.  The second session is a repeat of the first session.

If you are paying by check or cash, you are welcome to pre-register and pay at the door.


Additional Information

Attendees can receive 1.5 contact hours in nursing continuing education upon completion of this activity.

To receive credit, attendees must:

  • Arrive no later than five minutes after the start of the program
  • Stay until the end of the program
  • Complete the online evaluation

 The planners will send a link to the online evaluation after the seminar is over.
