Overview

The 23rd annual St. Jude-PIDS Pediatric Infectious Diseases Research Conference will be March 6-8, 2024 in Memphis, TN and virtually.

The abstract submission portal is open now through Thursday, November 30, 2023 (8:00 p.m., CT). Accepted submissions will be notified in mid-December.

Objectives
After participating in this educational activity, you should be able to:

  1. Describe updates to current standards in the diagnosis, treatment and management of infectious complications in pediatric immunocompromised patients, including T cell therapies
  2. Explain advances in the management of infections in transplant patients
  3. Explain new developments in host-pathogen interaction, focusing on bacterial, viral, and fungal infections
  4. Identify opportunities and challenges during the transition from residency to fellowship and from fellowship to faculty
  5. Discuss global health-related opportunities for trainees and to share strategies for conducting clinical research in research limited settings
