CAP Quarterly Education Series 12.5.2024

The APP Quarterly Education Series seeks to offer education to Advanced Practice Providers on various clinical and professional development topics.

Series will be held in person at the Marlo Thomas Center. Meeting Room 5.

1. Provide an introduction to the departments of Leukemia, Solid Tumor, Brain Tumor, Pain team, Surgery, and Library Services
2. APPs will establish an understanding of common diagnoses, terminology, and treatment of leukemia, solid tumors, brain tumors, and pain management.
3. APPs will receive an introduction to conducting literary searches and library resources.
4. APPs will receive an introduction and tools to enhance clinical efficiency.
5. APPs will understand their role in Emergency Management, enhance knowledge of processes, and demonstrate critical thinking within a simulation environment.
