St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and the Pediatric Biomedical Imaging Initiative are proud to host the PBII Pediatric Interventional Radiology & Oncology Course: Oncology Review for Pediatric IRs to be held November 3-4, 2024, in Memphis, TN.

Objectives
After participating in this educational activity, you should be able to: 

  1. Explain cancer epidemiology, cause and various treatment approaches.
  2. Discuss oncology clinical trial design and endpoints (in particular, tumor metrics classification systems)
  3. Identify common pediatric tumors as well as successes and issues in current treatment approaches.
  4. Describe current pediatric interventional oncology techniques approaches and status of literature.
