Advanced Practice Monthly Education Series

This is a one hour monthly education event for advanced practice providers aimed at increasing confidence and expanding skillset surrounding care of acutely decompensating patients.

1. Learners will learn to identify acute complications in a decompensating patient and initiate interventions appropriately.
2. Learners will apply escalation of care algorithms.
3. Learners will gain up to date clinical knowledge pertaining to the care of acutely ill children.
4. Learners will acquire leadership skills to apply to patient care situations and the education of others to ultimately impact patient outcomes.

St. Jude Children's Research Hospital is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians. 

St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital designates this Live Activity for a maximum of 1.00 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits^TM. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
